I have a new update on my sister Becky, the Doctor told her this morning that the numbness in the right side of her body is most likely permanent. But as all of you know our God is all powerful and change prove the Doctor wrong. Please continue to lift Becky up in prayer.

UPDATE 6/13/07 <><
I have an update on my sister Becky. She is currently in the hospital taking high doses of intravenous steroids and will most likely be there until Saturday or Sunday. The MRI showed she has a major lesion at the base of her brain and that is what has caused the numbness. She also has double vision in her right eye and is currently wearing a patch to lessen the stress on her left eye. Once she is home she will start on the daily shots of CoPaxone (not sure of the spelling) and will remain on those shots for an undetermined amount of time. The doctor’s have not said whether she will get better or not. They are in a wait and see pattern. Becky’s spirits are good and she knows that the Lord is in control. <>< Thank everyone for praying for her and the family. The prayers are evident and it is comforting to know that so many care. I would like to request prayer for my sister Becky who has MS. She is currently on vacation at the beach and called to tell my mom that she has lost all feeling in the right side of her body from her face to her feet. She knows this is another attack and she is scheduled to see the doctor this coming Monday morning. She has been in remission for a little over a year and has done very well; please pray for her and her husband to give them the strength they need and also for my mother as she will be taking care of my sister once again. <><
